Need Opinions / Reliance Resurfacing Solutions

Would like and appreciate any comments regarding Reliance Resurfacing Solutions. The gentleman we spoke with and received an estimate from is Jose Guzman.
We will be needing our master shower remodeled so we are getting estimates and hopefully some opinions here specifically regarding this Company & Gentleman.
