Leaking Skylight

I live in an older home and in this heavy rain I've discovered that my bathroom skylight is leaking. Who do I call for a repair or replacement? The roof has some age on it but not ready for replacement.

When we purchased our new home , the builder gave us a word of advice--no penetrations in to your roof,solar tubes, fans, even mounting a satellite dish--Fl sun will eat up all corking & sealants-
