Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, affordable person to help me insulate my garage, including the door, so that I can work comfortably there. I am thinking of getting a window or portable air conditioner after the insulation is completed. I am an artist and will use it as a studio.
Thanks for any help.

Ask for Phil. He lives in The Villages and has good reviews. They did my garage doors.

Don't forget that the outside walls are not insulated, and window A/C is not allowed per deed restrictions.

Thanks, I think I can get a portable air conditioner…which would be inside, not in the window.

I had my garage door insulated about 3 or 4 months ago, however, I noticed yesterday that the sticky tape that was used to stick the silver insulation to the door is coming loose and pulling away from the door. Is there something better that I can use to hold it in place so that this doesn't happen every few months?

No experience. I would get new tape, clean door surface and retry.
Net I would look for some glue to glue the tape to the door. My assumption is that the tape is sticking to the insulation and not the door.
