Voltage & V-Glide 48 v Club Car

(1) I want to replace my key switch with a hidden toggle, what voltage am i working with, and 2 pole, or 3?

(2) my cart accelerates too quickly, it jumps forward, and even in Reverse, is there a V-Glide adjustment to ease the acceleration?
