Does anyone know where we can fax some paperwork to a physicians office? We don't have a fax machine. Would office max or staples have one we could use?

Check with Citizens Bank. I think ( That's a big word) they will fax paperwork if you are a customer.

Yes, Citizens Bank will fax for customers. The customer service personnel is happy to accommodate, between making popcorn.

We always fax our medical files from the UPS store on 441/27. Very reasonable and secure.

My guess would be they probably do, but I'm not sure. I have only gone to the one in Sumters landing. You could give them a call and find out. (352) 753-2500.

Ask one of your neighbors, almost everybody has a fax machine these days.

IMO there is something fundamentally shady about organizations that refuse to take emailed scanned document and insist on antiquated faxes. Similar to govt entities and companies that only allow you to contact them by telephone or some online form for which you have no record of.

Edward Jones Company will fax if you use them for your investments. Perhaps any of the banks would fax for you if you are a client, but I'm not sure about that.

I love our Edward Jones rep.

I don't have a fax, but most places will take scanned docs by email. but not banks or investment companies.

Most Office Depot or the other stores will fax charging per page. Probably any UPS store also.

Since everyone on here has a computer, do as I did:
Find FreeFax on the Web, download the software, and fax anything you have on your computer.
I scan in the documents and fax them for free all the time.
