VNN used to be very prompt to update daily on the website the Minute by Minute Lifestyles and Good Sports link. The past couple of months has been off and on. I know that when I visited TV in the past these enjoyable bits of Villager life was featured on the cable television channel. When I returned home, I will follow them via the website but it's not as frequent as it used to be. Do they still update them on the television channel daily in TV?

I personally don't know very many people who every watch VNN. I may be wrong. (hard to believe)

My wife and I watched it when we were in The Villages for our lifestyle preview visit. However, it quickly became evident to us that the newspaper was a much better venue for finding out what is going on in The Villages than VNN was.

I used to like the local TV station until I quickly found out they do NO LIVE BROADCASTING. If it wasn't so sad it would have been funny when the hurricane hit two years ago, they had NO coverage at all! They just kept broadcasting their bland, la-la stuff until the following day. I swear EVERYTHING they do at thatstation is on videofilm, "to be broadcast later".
Does anyone out their know why they do no live broadcasting?

It is not a main stream television station. It is a tool to sell houses. Hurricane coverage does not sell houses.

When I first began to think about coming to TV, 'way back in early 2004, I subscribed to the Daily Sun to keep track of what was going on. I can recall many stories about fun-sounding "live" shows on VNN - stuff like two/three married couples being quizzed to see how well they knew each other. The reality now is that I may watch one 15-minute segment now and then, and that's usually only because I'm waiting for something else.

It's too bad, really!
