Door opener only HUMS but chain NOT moving!
Only 2-1/2 years old Ro-Mac. Warranty is only for two years, so who would you call? Do not want another chain drive or one without a rolling code system.
HELP ASAP!

Why not call romac ??
Cause the O'Culls are better! Jeff, the father, operates under the name Master's Touch. Ryan, the son, operates under his own name. In case you're wondering, Jeff is smart enough to know working with his son is not a good idea but did manage to teach him a lot, including an incredible work ethic and an unsurpassed professional honesty. (If you can't tell, I really like Jeff and have heard nothing but great things about Ryan.)

I have called the company and left four messages today (8-11-15) and not one return call. Called their Mobile number and office number.
Moving on to someone else

Suppose there's a possibility they are on vacation, but would think their answering machine would say so.
When I needed garage door repair, I called his number and he was here within 30 minutes and had the problem fixed quickly. I'd never call anyone else.
Are you calling (352) 351-1752? That's the number on Ryan's business card.

Yes,
There is a message and it says they will call you right back but it does not happen!

I experienced what is happening to you and Ryan was on vacation.
Call Master's Touch as Ryan's father came out quickly and repaired my problem.
