This is Toby Keith. He is looking for a new home. Better hurry before someone snatches him up.

Does Toby Keith get along with other dogs, large and small? How about cats? Is he house broken? What about his background? Where has he been for 8 months? Is he micro-chipped? Toby Keith is adorable. Who named him? Thanks, Janet

GeoGeo, I think what Janet is getting at is that the more information you can post about a dog, the more interest you might generate with prospective adopters. Everyone naturally wants to know more about an adoptable pet.

I don't have personal knowledge regarding this dog. I thought it looked like a cute little dog that someone might be interested in and thought I would share what little I could find regarding it.

Toby Keith is a cutie :doggie: I'm sure he will immediately find a good home with a face like that.
Geogeo, I truly admire you for always being an advocate for shelter dogs. Bless you.

And don't forget - there are lots of senior well-trained dogs available also.

Barefoot,
Yes, senior dogs are great pets. I have to thank everyone on here for posting awhile back about how great senior dogs are when I asked. My husband never would consider a senior dog. Well let me tell you that we adopted a senior dachshund this year and she is amazing. So glad she was already housebroken and trained to leash. She doesn't chase squirrels or anoles. We really are blessed. Because of you guys I was able to convince my husband that adopting a senior is okay. He was worried that we wouldn't have her as long and we was still hurting from the loss of our previous dachshund a year before. Plus a senior dogs works best for our family. Again, thank you all.

We got Beau from Max's Pet Connection last April 12-13, 2014. It was a Saturday and we also had friends from Doggie Doo Run Run who vouched for me as well as also adopted a pooch.
