Online Tours of Models error message

When I click on the Model Tour under each picture of a model home in the web TV Home Gallery, I get an 503 error message. Does anyone know how I can see more of the interior of the house models. Also, I couldn't find the prices of any of the new construction models.

Do you know if the lots that opened up near the preserve (off of Hillsbourough Trail by Duniden Villages) were filled in?

Seems like with no trees around that might be a possibility. Would like you opnion.
