Home showing services for rentals

Hi, Ken and Margaret here. We own a home in the villages that we are currently leasing long term, and the home will be available again in October 2015. We are looking for a company that charges to show homes on a per visit or as needed basis for potential tenants.

We are also looking for a handyman who could be available on an as needed basis as well. Does anyone have any suggestions? :ho:
