Congratulations your I-Pad was randomly selected

When I get on my I-Pad, almost every time, up comes a message saying: "Congratulations your Apple I-Pad was randomly selected as today's lucky mobile device!
Click ok to enter for a chance to win a prize now".

Of course, I never click on the "ok" within the message. The problem is that it locks up my I-Pad and I have to re-boot the I-Pad---a nuisance.

Anybody else have this problem?

My wife is getting that message on her iPhone. Doesn't lock it up though.

Thanks Woody and Mike because your suggestions seem to work. You wonder how this gets on your Apple computer/phone/I-Pad in the first place.
