Doesn't he know he's 62? Isn't it too brown?

I'm afraid I didn't know who Ken Burns was. I suppose it is a bit too brown for 62 but the guy looks pretty good for 62 to me.

Whenever I'm with family, they are use to telling me who everyone is, actors, authors, politicians, artists, even our old neighbors. So I guess if I know a name, I assume everyone else does too. That's a bad assumption. Isn't it?

I don't know. I see a lot of ladies older who are than 62 with dark brown hair. Besides, if you look at some of those pictures, there is some grey. Might just be the lighting. Maybe he's lucky and it's natural. Maybe he colors it. As long as I don't have to pay for it, I don't care.

I think his hair is part of his trademark, just like Trump's comb over.

Guess what? He always looks freshly showered and groomed.
He always presents himself well.
From the photos I've seen on the internet, his 'look' has been the same for his whole adult life.
He looks fine to me-
and I'm a retired barber.
Focus on his body of work and you won't ever think about his hair color and haircut. Geesh.

Well, I know it's just not right, but you might as well get used to it. We have a friend who is 70 and still has naturally brown hair AND a whole lot of it. -- Yes. I admit. I asked him.

Hahaha...I am used to it. I actually let mine grow out to a nice salt and pepper and don't miss coloring it at all. (most days, anyway)

His haircut does remind me of Captain Kangaroo. But I had to look him up to see what he did for a living.

Mine as well. My Dad had brown hair until his late 70's. Guess I inherited that trait.

I'm happy for Ken Burns that he has brown hair at 62. But mostly I'm happy that he has given us all those incredible film documentaries.

I know what you mean.
I went through a phase of learning stuff about Frank Lloyd Wright, even went to Fallingwater. (It was when that book Loving Frank was on the bestseller list a few years ago.)
Anyway, Ken Burns did a documentary about Frank as part of his American Lives series. He sure was a jerk and a genius all rolled into one. --- Frank NOT Ken. Ken looks like a sweetie, what with that brown hair and all.

Thanks. Worth watching again. We have the sound track that evokes so much melancholy.

Yes, I saw that film and also read the book, "Loving Frank." For sure he wasn't nice.
