We are enclosing our lanai and will be needing one of these. Interested to know who you all have purchased one from and who installed it. I do know the code requirements so we are all set there, just interested in anyone who has one and who installed it and price if you are willing to share. Need a 12,000 btu unit.

Very pleased with Daniel's.

Purchased a one ton and half ton...paid $6500 for both.

One for lanai and other for garage. We did this in 2013, then sold the house. Good news is that we recouped all our costs.
