I am hoping to find someone to help me work out....perhaps a personal trainer...or just someone to meet up with on a regular basis....I can do the elyptical (sp?) machine and I can swim....although I am out of shape and need to get back to it! I
just don't want to do it alone!
I also do not like to walk outside because of the humidity....http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/dramaqueensmil.gif (http://www.millan.net)
Does anyone know a good trainer that does not cost an arm and a leg???

I have a certification in personal fitness training from ISSA, The International Sports Science Assn. I am working on a Speciality Certification for Older Adults (of which I am ;D) Anyway, I train at The Colony fitness center usually Mon, Wed and one more day if I can squeeze it in. I have NEVER charged a dime to help someone out in the gym. I'd be glad to give you some assistance.
