Clear skies and beautiful view of the blood moon and eclipse tonight in Ontario, Canada.
Right now (at 1 AM), the moon is so large and bright - it's almost like daylight.

Moon had a red/orange glow. The red tones slowly faded as the moon emerged from the Earth's shadow. The rest of the night the Supermoon was the largest and brightest it's ever appeared to me.

Question to someone smarter than I. ( don't jam the internet answering all at once.). We saw it in Europe. Would our son have seen it in Brisbane, Australia? I'm thinking no, but is it a time issue, a location issue, or both?

Clouds parted about 9:30 watched the blood moon at 12:30 it was so bright it looked like dawn

WOW--great footage!
Even if it wasn't cloudy many of us would have missed it. That's the fastest moon I ever did see.
