Has anyone noticed the weather radar channel and WVLG ( channel 99) is missing from Comcast? When did this happen? :shrug:

It was there yesterday and it is there now. This same question was asked yesterday. Odd.

I was beginning to feel like are real dummy (guess that is still debatable) however I have found that on my TVs that have the small digital converter boxes I do not have channel 99. On the "main" comcast box, channel 99 appears.
Now that I know I am not crazy, what the heck is going on?

99 is on our Xfinity box and the "other" boxes, too.

Son of a gun! 99 is missing from our sets w/ digital converters, too. Keep us posted as to wazz up with that.

They are probably rearranging the channels in the best interest of the customer. We had that happen to us a couple of years ago and cut the cable cord for good.

After spending 1.5 hours in chat with Comcast, two of the three are working. I had to power cycle the boxes and Comcast send a reset signal. The third box is apparently bad. My rant against Comcast is i could take the box to Comcast and exchange or have a new one shipped to me. However, I would have to pay the shipping charges! What BS, it is their junk that has gone bad.
Anyway, I can at least listen to WVLG in the Den while I am ranting on the TOTV...

I had a minor issue with my wifi today. After speaking with tech support for 10 minutes, he made a decision to make an appointment for a home visit. Two hours later the BrightHouse tech was here and fixed the wifi. I love BrightHouse! I'm so happy since I fired Comcast more than 2 carefree pleasant no contract years ago.
Oh! And did I mention how polite and customer friendly the BrightHouse phone reps are? Not at all like the snarly nasty Comcast reps that love to make you miserable.
