Many houses in the Villages have lovely trim designs. I am looking to add some form of trim to a stucco home which is rather plain. I am interested in any recommendations or information you can share on a contractor who can add some trim either with concrete, stucco foam trim or even paint. Thanks!

Neighbor just had some work done that included windows and the wide trim around them. As I recall D&D did the work. Looks nice to us.

Stonecrest uses foam pillars etc on some of their homes. When we visited one the weather had damaged it and it just looked so fake and cheap to us. I suppose it is where you use the foam or perhaps how it is installed. I have seen some fake tray ceilings done with it and they look fabulous.

The best trim treatments on stucco are done with plastic beading filled with stucco. Requires a degree of skill. I'd call Sunshine stucco or T & D.
