Well, I don't like Bill nor Hillary and never have! In my opinion, they are made for each other and her snub is perhaps representative of how they feel about each other all the time when out of camera view and on personal time.

I don't know them personally so can't say for sure, but in my opinion it always was and is now all about power...for both of them.

Could it be that she only kept him around cause it might help her get the nomination and now that, that's not happening she can be honest about her disgust for him? Don't know. Can't say. But it sorta looks that way.

Personally I think it was sad....she probably hated being there in the first place...Obama didn't seem to happy either! She probably had a ear piece in and the "directors" of the "show" were telling them both to acknowledge each other (hil and barack)....poor Bill!!!

It's not sad Cassie. It is a day to celebrate. He publicly humiliated her in front of the entire world, over and over. She, even though she is not an angel, should have kicked him to the curb a long long time ago.

The fact that she didn't and likely stayed with him only for the political power and deal making aspects killed any respect I could have / would have, had for her.

At least now she might recognize him for the narcississtic being that he is.

Susan, people stay in marriages for all kinds of reasons. My husband's cousin is going through this right now. I agree that it's sad and not as it should be, but it is a fact of life. I honestly believe Hillary stayed in that marriage for more than just political power. Yes, political was part of it, but we can't see into her heart. I guess I never gave it any really deep thought until my husband's cousin started going through it. She asked me my opinion and yes, my first reaction was to say kick him to the curb. (Which I didn't say, I just let her talk.) And I'm glad I did because after listening to her, I can see where she's coming from.

I'm one of the lucky ones with my husband as my soulmate and I think you are too.

You're cute C325 BUT, unfortunately, I will not be in TV on the date of the luncheon. In fact, I'll be down in Bonita Springs at the Hyatt Coconut Point. I could drive up for the luncheon but it would be over 6 hours round-trip; although, I've been known to do irrational things from time to time. Wonderful offer, though! thanks
