Any one else loss their recorded programs yesterday on CenturyLink Prism? This happened around 9 PM but there were problems all throughout the day of Sunday Oct 4, 2015. I lost about 250 programs from Madam Secretary from last night back through a few hundred recorded shows like Dateline, 20/20, Blue Bloods, NCIS: Los Angeles, and NCIS: New Orleans.
I have not called yet to find out what went wrong.

I was watching a TIVO'd show around 1:30-ish when it locked up and the t.v. had a post saying "you may have lost server connection" or something similar. I turned it off and when I got it back on it had "righted" itself. My SO was watching his t.v. at the same time and didn't have it happen. His t.v. has the main box too. We didn't lose any of our TIVO'd programs!!
I'm so sorry this happened as I'd be really frustrated if I'd lost all my programming as that's about the only way we watch our t.v.'s anymore.

Have you tried re-booting?

Yes, it happened to us also. I called Tech Support (866-314-4148) and he was totally mystified. He was able to access the STB and he said the hard drive was totally empty. He asked if we'd had a power surge or lightning hit. We hadn't. I lost a backlog of "Justified" and had just recorded a bunch of good movies on a free HBO weekend.
Anyhoo -- since they don't seem to know what causes this, I suspect faulty equipment may be to blame. Since it's happened to others, I'm now a little skeptical that they "had never heard of this problem before."
