Full guest bath with shower/tub combo and linen closet. Large kitchen with breakfast nook. Access to lanai from living room or master bedroom through large sliders.
Access to all The Villages amenities including a wide variety of activities such as golf, swimming, tennis, shopping, dining, movies, medical services, library, churches and live entertainment every night at the town squares.
Long term lease only. Unfurnished. $1000 security deposit required upon lease signing. Renter pays The Villages ID cards, amenities fee and utilities. Small pet allowed under 20 lbs with $200 deposit. $150 cleaning fee subtracted from deposit at end of lease. No smokers.
