Don't have Cigna because the only PPO was United Health Care. Of course United Health Care works well in TV. You have the opportunity to change.

My husband and I are both retired teachers from Illinois and CIGNA has worked fine for us down here. We have been here since 2010 and although my claims have been for mostly routine visits, mammos etc. . .my husband had an ER visit/hospitalization and everything was handled smoothly with CIGNA.
