No, that was by accident. Just worked out that way.

Amazing! Someone else must have had a hand in that....

That's very interesting Tal. My stepson worked in the third tower that collapsed later. Everyone was evacuated by that time. Thank God. My husband and I visited 'Ground Zero' and said many prayers. My dear friend's two daughters were on two different planes out of New York that morning. She couldn't reach either of them until that evening. We were very afraid she, herself, was going to end up hospitalized.

Thanks for posting, Tal.

Thanks, Shirl

What a beautiful memorial. So sad it took this horrible event for us to have to view this, but its a wonderful tribute.

This is the first time, I've had an opportunity to see the actual names of victims from Staten Island. As I perused them, I remember all the coworkers I had in my early working years from Staten Island who commuted to my job near Washington Square. Thankfully, no names looked familiar but it was comforting to see the names as a "sort of" remembrance of their passing.

I would love to see the memorial in person some day but it took me years to get the courage to visit Ground Zero as it would remind me of the horrible events of that day.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!!
