It seems sometimes it is this way and sometimes it is that way....

"The Supreme Court ruled in an 8-1 decision on Monday that employers can be held liable for refusing to hire an applicant based on a religious observation or practice—even if the applicant does not say he or she needs a special accommodation. The ruling "will compel companies large and small to brush up on the nuances of bias and do more to accommodate employees’ religious beliefs," according to Bloomberg."

If I were still in the business world (thanking GOD every day that I am no longer) I would still be saying to those in my employ....park the politics and religion at the door when you come in or don't come in!!!

The government is accomodating the special interest and minority groups at the expense of the silent majority (they get what they deserve) and more importantly the ruination of our American values, culture and heritage.

So, if you are anti-gay due to your religious beliefs, they can't discriminate against you. Nice to know, although I am sure that they are just catering to the Muslims because they are scared of them.

If they insist on wearing their head scarves or burkas, then make them take them off for a photo ID and make them wear their photo ID in a place where anyone can see it. If they don't like it, they can quit.
