you should call VIR Rentals. they rent both of my houses and they stay rented pretty much all year for the past 2 years. this year so far one of my houses has been rented every day except 3 weeks total. the other one rented all year except 1 month.. and they already have bookings for 2017 in them. I make alot more money with them renting my villa and my house out than I made doing it myself over the last 10 years. their number is 352-559-5000
