Anybody spent some time driving in France? If so you may have noticed roundabout art. WSJ (http://www.wsj.com/articles/when-driving-in-france-watch-out-for-giant-snails-144496***1)

Since I both enjoy art and driving roundabouts as opposed to being stuck at interminable traffic lights this is the way to go IMHO.

yes I read that article French seem to understand the benefits of roundabouts
