I am in need of some one to tell me if I need to cut down a Queen Palm.

Go to Village Palms on 466. They will advise you ifit needs to come down.

You MUST also get approval of the Architectural Review Committee. Information is in the front section of The Villages phone book. A hefty fine would be levied if you cut before getting approval.
