At approximately 9:30 Sunday morning September 14th, the new Talk of The Villages software and it's new look will be on line. All you have to do is go the the site as normal and follow the simple instructions on the front page to reset your password. You will also need to reload your avatar. It will be really cool and we look forward to seeing you there.

One of the neatest features of the new forum will be that you can start your own "social groups" If you have a hankerin' for poker games, you can start your own "poker players" social group. If you want to get a group of "roller bladers" together, you can start a "broken wrist" social group......and so on.

You will also be able to have your own photo albums on the new site.

Please, after it is on line, have a look around. You won't be able to hurt anything, there will be lots to look at.

Darrel, Tony and I will be up all night tonight getting it ready to go. We'll see you about 9:30 tomorrow morning.

Gracie, we all need to encourage all of our good contractors to advertise on TOTV. If you like a store or a restaurant, tell them about TOTV. Our admins have given to us..let's give back. If we all encourage businesses that we admire to take out ads here, admin wins and we may win with exclusive offers or coupons given by the advertiser.

Many of you go to D'lites for your 40 calorie fix. Next time you are in, why not let them know about TOTV. Ask them to run a coupon for 10% off or something. Be creative. I want to see that our admins get a meal every now and then. Tell your hair dresser or nail salon operator about advertising on TOTV. You are helping them. We are buyers of all kinds of items.

Sam, you make a great point. This is a free site. The members of TOTV are out and about every day buying stuff. We could really help out the Admins by spreading the TOTV word to potential advertisers.

Click on Reply. Click on the ABCcheckmark in the upper left hand corner. Click on OK. Download and Install ieSpell. Shutdown all IE windows and restart IE. Click on Tools on the IE task bar and click on ieSpell Options to configure it for your use.

Bring up TOTV and do a reply. Click on Tools on the IE task bar and click on ieSpell to check the spelling.

During the first reply you will get a request to download an active X control. Click okay. Before you click OK save what you were typing because it will go bye-bye.

The cool thing about ieSpell is that you can use it at any site that you can add text. I used it the other day when I wrote a Blockbuster review. You can also add words to your custom dictionary.
