I find it incredible that a beautiful and friendly little dog like this is surrendered to the Humane Society.
Perhaps it's a case of an elderly person who can no longer keep the dog. Sometimes that happens and I find it extremely sad.
If you're interested in this dog, I suggest you hurry - I bet he won't be a Shelter dog for long!
