If you decide to travel with them, make sure you know where you cabin on the ship is located and ask for a written confirmation for that specific cabin and also be perfectly clear as to their deposit policy.
Do your homework and compare other tour companies before you ever make a deposit.

Many cruise lines have 2 types of booking - 1. book a specific cabin or 2. receive a guaranteed cabin (TYPE).
nr. 1 is more expensive
nr 2 can be anywhere on the ship in any grade at or above that booked
