"Sell an item" question

When I look at things for sale I click on the line for more information, then I am transferred to a new page. No information about the product for sale. I am directed to go to "sell an item", which I cannot find on TOTV site. It also says to fill out a form below, but there is no form below. I know this must be simple.... Thanks for the help.

OP, I would like to help but never have sold anything on TOTV. Come on folks---who regularly sell items!

I browse items every day. I click on the title of the item or the picture and it stays within TOTV and shows me the detail of the item for sale.

Hmmm...does the sentence look like this? "For more info, click here to view the original listing: OFFICE CHAIR" and you click on "OFFICE CHAIR"?
