Does anyone know of a social environment for disabled adults? I have a high-functioning Intellectually Disabled friend who is only 38. She likes living here in The Villages, but needs a peer group. Looking for suggestions. Also, is Bunco easy enough to play and is there a group that would welcome a newcomer? Or Bingo? or other simple games. I just have to find her something to do.

Yes, Bunco is easy enough and you should be welcomed at any bunco game unless it is closed group which it should indicate in the Rec Listings. It is fun but you must be able to move from one table to another so mobility is important but I see ppl play with canes, walkers & wheelchairs.
Also there is a seated exercise group which might be fun for her to get in some exercise, if mobility is not a problem, Zumba is really fun and social.
Also if she would like to volunteer, Deliver the Difference usually needs help packing food items, again look in the Rec Listings.
There are also groups specific to ones disability I think, Strokes, MS, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to reply with those suggestions, ALL. Mobility isn't an issue, but transportation is, so looking into locations for bunco and zumba - we'll find something!
