Golf Cart Bridge

Does anyone know what was happening on the bridge around 11Am? I was going to my Vets office and everyone was stopped from going across. Golf carts were waiting all over the place.

It was reported that someone on a scooter had some type of mishap and was transported to the hospital.

She also quarreled with LEO's and DPS trying to assist/remove her from the bridge and let people through. Wow.... Smiled as she was being carted off by EMS.
