Have you heard or read about the $43 million gas station in Afghanistan?
The normal cost would be $500,000!!!!!!

'Colossal waste': DOD slammed for $43M, US-funded gas station in Afghanistan | Fox News (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/11/02/afghanistan-43m-gas-station-colossal-waste-us-taxpayer-money/)

Who is in the loop when that kind of moneys starts flowing out of control that says....hey, what the hell is going on? Nobody. $43 million dollars for something the people will not use.....they have their own oil wells....why would ANYBODY with half a brain think this is a good idea? Who with the other half of that brain would allow spending $42 million more than one would cost?

Must be the same guys who spent multin millions of dollars there to only train 5 Afghan troops.

These are the couple examples that have made it to the news desk...that would report it anyway.

Is there any wonder why they do not want the USA to leave their country as they laugh all the way to the bank.

Why are there no heads rolling on such incompetence? All the way to the so called commander in chief.......amateurs and jokers all!!

We the people are a nation of naieve fools to continue to tolerate all the business as usual cronyism and their jabber jawing about not having money for programs here at home while we write checks and hand out cash with absolutely no responsibility.

Make America Great Again

Too many just do not care. I am fast becoming cynical that America has passed through greatness and now into mediocrity and fast paced headed straight to unrecoverable loser status.

By all means, increase the defense budget.

There is another possibility. The money was used for a clandestine operation. It has been done before in that country, when they were at war with Russia. Given the publicity this 43 million is receiving, that more than likely isn't the case here.
