Kentucky outsider wins in KY......after decades of democratic cronyism:
Kentucky governor's race 2015 election results: Republican Matt Bevin wins Kentucky governor's race - POLITICO (http://www.politico.com/story/2015/11/kentucky-governor-race-matt-bevin-wins-215502)
In addition to the growing number of republicans who are fed up with the incompetence of the politicians in offic there is also a growing number of demovrats who think the same way.
They look at Clinton and see nothing more than just another politician who is a master at crony politics with no regard for we the people.
The party loyalties will be taking a back seat to those who can no longer stomach business as usual.....like they did in KY!

The electorate may be quiet but they aren't stupid. It's the liberal fruits and nuts that scream the loudest and are the laziest.

A link yesterday on here alluded to the fact that this President is the biggest loser of state and local elections for his party of all time while he was in office.
He, and I blame his crony Valarie Jarret just as much, does not understand.
You can be on another side of the issues...you can talk about the opposition in private and even to their face, but mocking them in public is not something the american public likes.
I might add, that the revulsion with him on this issue is not reserved to the right.....liberals all over are and have been warning him...I think the NY paper referred to him as a troll.
He has done this for his entire presidency and people in general do not like it.
This party, the Democrats, are a party now of basically non white very young people. They have no base of young candidates coming up and despite the constant harrangue about Republicans being rich old whites....I respectfully ask that the democrats take a look around at their candidates and the Republican candidates.

Bevin is a Tea Party clown who tried to oust Senator Mitch McConnell in a previous election. He then beat the Republican preferred candidate in a primary by 83 votes. He's really not the RNC's favorite candidate by any means.

Really, they aren't stupid. Ben Carson and Donald Trump prove otherwise.

I do think you missed the point. The reference is to the democratic electorate that is sick and tired of the BS we have had for the last 7 years and the on going cronyism business as usual so called representatives.
There are many dems who will continue on in silence that will get their revenge in the voting booth.
Why would anybody, republican or democrat or white or black or brown or what ever vote in another liar and master crony?
They would not.
And we will not hear from them in the open light of day or forums like this. Only the die hard, blind no matter what follwers of the party, who enjoy hearing each other preaching.
The silent majority will do what is good for the country in the voting booth....and they will not be had a third time.

This is the point of this thread...Kentucky is just the lastest in a long string...
"President Obama has lost nearly 70 seats in the House since taking office and more seats in midterm elections than any president since Harry Truman.
Democrats have suffered a net loss of at least 69 House seats since 2008, with the possibility that Republicans could pick up even more as the final 2014 midterm races are called.
Senate Democrats have not fared much better, losing a net of at least 13 seats since Obama took office."
Obama has lost nearly 70 House seats since taking office | TheHill (http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/house-races/223047-obama-has-lost-nearly-70-house-seats-since-taking-office)
In addition to the Senate and House....
"Our analysis shows Democrats have lost 910 seats since Obama took office.
http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2015/jan/25/cokie-roberts/have-democrats-lost-900-seats-state-legislatures-o/
Now you have peaks and valleys and there are all kind of ways to spin numbers, however.....
"What is notable about losses under Obama is, with two years to go, they are worse than usual."

There are many democrat coal miners who have lost their jobs because of Obama and the EPA. Kentucky has spoken and West Virginia and Ohio and Pennsylvania are next. The democrats are their own worst enemies. By the way, who ordained the head of the EPA as God. We need to defund this agency and start all over. Absolute power corrupts absolutely!

I'd love to read a copy of your resume. I bet it pales in comparison to those of Carson and Trump.

Despite their differences McConnell was wise to support Bevin. Is this win a harbinger for things to come? Don't know?
Too many American politicians despite being red or blue are not representing the American people but seem to be working for their self interests and feathering their nests. The few who are good leave because they can't stomach the hypocrisy
The American electorate is so different and diverse from what it once was that it is difficult to determine outcomes. It also doe not help because the media print/digital hypes so much up, lies and distorts. I don't trust news reports nor polls and so gather as much information that I can from many sources to find some consistency. We use to know the truth by the logic of it but so much of the so called data is manipulated.
America's hope is that in the final analysis we have a majority of voters who understand that the fundamental principles of this nation, its moral imperative and its desire to maintain its exceptionalism will be enough to conquer those few who want to fundamental transform this nation into a European model
There are many candidates, both Democrat and Republican campaigning but if you really give them a hard and unbiased look the list dwindles down quickly
Personal Best Regards

You can complain about "crony, business as usual politicians" and whatnot, but what we really need is to get back to the basics. Liberals complain about all the social cr@p, about everyone else not being politically correct (even though they seem to be exempt) and about all kinds of weird, perverted liberties. Liberals want freedom with no responsibility.
Conservatives want to take care of the basics like the economy, terrorism, energy (related to the economy) and the budget.
Liberals are more interested in passing new bills and more new bills, thinking that a busy congress is a productive congress. Not true. Making more bills and laws just to be busy, only makes the country bogged down. Liberals are more interested in gay marriage, banning Christianity, legalizing drugs, taking from the rich to punish them for being successful, free college, free food stamps, raising the minimum wage for the do nothing jobs, open borders, and generally just a free life with no responsibility. Then they want to blame the conservatives for getting in their way, for being responsible and wanting to budget, and for having morals and values.
Conservatives need to become immune to liberal baiting and just concentrate on improving our country's stability. Concentrate on the economy and the budget. Let the liberal loonies complain about the PC cr@p. We don't need to get involved in abortions, gay marriage and black is beautiful cr@p. Let them fight over it and just don't let them bait you into commenting on it. Most of it is already hosed up and passed into law so just work on the important issues. Let the liberals explain their perversions to their maker when they meet HIM.
We have laws. Let's enforce them. Liberals seem to think that laws don't count, until it directly impacts their lives. Thugs get shot and killed, it's their fault, not the cops. So, get over it. Scumbags die and deserve to die. Get over it. Blacks get locked up. They commit crimes and deserve to get locked up. It's not a conspiracy, it's cleaning up the street. It's not racism, it's justice. Women get paid just as much as men in the same jobs. Anyone telling you different is distorting the truth. If a private business wishes to do things there way, it's none of anyone else's business how they run their business, especially not the gov with it's poor track record.
If a conservative doesn't believe in religion, they don't go to church
If a liberal doesn't believe in religion they want to ban it and make it illegal.
If you don't like guns, then don't buy one.
You don't make them illegal.
Democrats are more concerned about social correction than they are the stability of our country. Anyone doing well, has to have done it illegally so they should all be punished.
Liberals, compromise does not mean that one side gets their way. It means that both sides concedes a bit and they move on. I realize that to a liberal, if they don't get their way (like spoiled children) then they claim that we are being obstructionists and not compromising.
In short, conservatives concentrate on the basics and let the liberals worry about the colors of their dresses.
