I had a Battery Minder installed by 'Battery Boy's and it failed after 11 months.

I took it back and they replaced it with a NEW ONE ,no hassle at all.

In my mind an Honest company that I will definitely buy my battery's from when the time comes.

I use them for my 2 electric carts. Fair priced and they do quality work in a timely manner and stand behind their products. Can't ask for much more!

We used BB's to convert our EZGO from 4 12v batteries to 6 8v Trojan Rangers, which included replacing the battery tub. BB's to picked up the cart and returned it 3 hours later. We were extremely happy with the job and had them also install a Battery Minder as well. We'd use them again.

Excellent company...went to their website to check out prices and options plus lots of useful info. Called to get a quote and an appointment. Tech showed up on time, actually early. Install was perfect...everything lined up and the battery area spotless. I then got a briefing on maintenance and their 100% warranty. These guys are GREAT.

I only used them for a recent install of my 8 T105s.

I say only as it is hardly rocket science, but from interacting with Brad to the meticulous job the tech (Jarrod I think?) did was just as advertised, excellent.

All  from me. I can see where they get such a great reputation.

:agree: In these days of "buyer beware", this is a company you can trust.

I have to agree with the other posters. Battery Boys is an excellent company to work with. They do what they say they will do and are very good at education their customers on the best way to care for your batteries and your electric cart.

Very happy with my new Ranger batteries and Battery Minder.

We had them replace all 8 batteries in the golf cart. They did a great job. They went above and beyond, cleaning everything and checking everything around to make sure it was sound. They get a 5***** rating from us. :)

I echo all the attaboys here. Had my batteries replaced (on a previous cart) earlier this year. Went with BB due to great feedback on ToTV and referral. Price and service cannot be beat. They came out, moved the cart over a tarp, removed the old batts - and (unexpected) washed and meticulously cleaned the batt tray and surrounding area. THEN used a special paint to cover the entire area with anti-rust. Installed the new batteries with new cables. I was TOTALLY not expecting the care and expertise used on what I thought - would be a superquick out with the old-in with the new... nope.

Cannot give a higher grade than A++ after my experience.

I talked to Brad and he arranged to have someone come out to replace our batteries. The young man he sent was professional and very helpful. My wife and I were impressed!

And, best of all, he was on time, quick to do the job, and even though we required two cables we hadn't expected, the price was less than we'd anticipated.

This is a great company!

Everyone I have ever asked, has used The Battery Boys. I thought this must be common knowledge, like Coca Cola, Kleenex, Thermos, Xerox...Battery Boys, you get the idea.
