You really need to be more specific as to what you're looking for in a spa, the rates, how often the usage.

If you want a day spa that does facials, massages, manicures, etc., there is one at Lake Sumter called Tuscany Day Spa Tuscany Day Spa (http://www.tuscanydss.com/). I'm sure some of the female posters can give you feedback.

If you're in need of an athletic gym and classes such as Zumba, aerobics, workout equipment and massages, then they would probably like MVP at Brownwood or Spanish Springs. Fitness Center in Brownwood (http://www.mvpsportsclubs.com/florida-the-villages-mvp-athletic-club-brownwood)
