"Short" people in the Bible?

Is this true? Any Bible experts on here? I did read much of The Bible while getting my Minor in Religious Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno and often will read parts of The Bible for some personal reason but do not have the depth of knowledge to find out if this is true.

Zacchaeus is the only man whom the Bible describes as short. (Luke 19:1-3)

Zacchaeus was a chief tax-collector at Jericho. Aren't all tax collectors are short? That's how they are portrayed in the movies and on TV.
