We are in need of a roofer to spot and repair a small leak around some flashing on the roof that has been showing for some time in the bedroom. Who is excellent and reasonable at small jobs like this? - Peg

This might be worth a call to home warranty. I do not know if the roof is considered a "structural" item, but if it is, I think this has a 10 year warranty.

I had them out several times for leaks that popped up during different storms.
I asked if I needed a new roof and they said that mine should be OK for 2-3 more years.

I've done roofing in the past so I know they were telling the truth.

When I'm ready for a new roof, I'll call them.
