2000 club car 48v ds model

Have a 2000 48v club car ds golf cart with six 8v new trojan batteries, When charging only 5 out of the 6 will charge.Put volt meter to them and 5 of them read 8.40 and one them reads 6.60.Any imput would be appreciated.
