Looking for New Years Eve ideas around TV

Get 4 or 5 couples together and do a progressive dinner. Cocktail and hors d'oeuvres first house, soup and salad (2), main course (3), desert and games (4). We have 2 couples pay and prepare the main course to keep things fairly even. We've done this for 5 years, lots of fun.
