Contractor/Remodeler/Who???

I'm in need of a careful and reasonably priced outfit to find and repair a leak (I'm convinced it's a lack of proper flashing) as well as to repair/replace/paint the subsequently damaged drywall and perhaps (probably) the studs behind.

Any one have a particular experience with any particular firm? I'd love to have local confirmation as to whether Joe Blow and his brother Sam Scam are really reliable or just rip-offs????

We have used J&L Construction for work in our closet, garage, and adding crown moulding. We are very pleased with them. They do a lot of work in TV and are reasonable.
