Renting While Listed to Sell?

Does any one know if TV allows a person to rent their house, while it is listed for sale??

Donna, what about doing a purchase with an option to buy? That could really work out well for you and it might bring forth more prospects? It might be worth a try. I'm not familiar with the exact details but it was one of the recommendations my adviser suggested I look for..... worth a thought, maybe!
