That was taken during the filming of Jaws II off Navarre Beach, near Pensacola, probably the summer of 1978. I was living in Pensacola at the time. They had taken over the Holiday Inn Navarre as their headquarters. There was one wing of rooms with each having a sign in the window, such as costume, make-up, etc. They had 4 or 5 of those sharks sitting on jet ski type trailers, each covered in canvas and surrounded by a 10' chain link fence with a private security guard. The opening scene in the movie with a high school band playing was filmed inside the Holidome at the motel.

Sadly, the Holiday Inn Navarre is no longer standing. First it was damaged severly during Hurricane Opal in 1995, I visited right after and you couldn't even drive out to the beach since the police had closed the bridge. It was finally wiped out in 2004 by Hurricane Ivan. There is now a 160 room Spring Hill Suites under construction in it's place.

Jaws 2 (1978) - IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077766/)

You were right as expected. I am not always sure these people doing the Florida Memory Photos are right though.
