I was wondering if any of you crafters would care to share where you sell your holiday crafts? I partook in the October craft fair at the Rec centers and it was very successful. In anticipation of the Christmas season, I made many, many of my craft and was wondering where other crafters sell their product? My living room looks like a Christmas wonderland from my product being everywhere! This is my first year selling my craft so I am fairly new to the circuit. Any ideas would be appreciated, perhaps not in time for this year but to prepare for next year. Thanks for your suggestions.

I am only an "attendee" , but St. Timothy's had a craft fair in November with many Christmas offerings. This is all I know.

Thank you for your response.....knowing about the craft fair at St Timothy's after the fact, I called the church for more information. I found out the craft fair was for charity, mostly sewn and knitted/crocheted items. While I love giving to charity, I have too much invested in my craft and need to sell it to reinvest. Thank you for your response. Much appreciated!

What is your craft? Some of us may still be looking for Christmas ideas?

You should post a photo inside a post. Avatars cannot be englargened by clicking on them, and it's hard to see what your wreath looks like.

Thanks for the advice but I'm so not good with computers! If you go on my Facebook page.....Kathy's Kreations......you can see most of the wreaths I've made. I can also email you pictures if you would like. I had an open house last week and sold some but since I love Christmas I made a ton!! They are bulky to store......

If you only want to sell locally, put your items for sale on the classified section of TOTV. If you want to sell in a larger arena, go on ETSY.

Perhaps the TOTV Admin could set up a 'Crafts 4 Sale" section within the Classifieds area?

I'd bet that there are more than a few folks who are hobby crafters with lots of good product for sale - but they are hobbyists rather than a business and don't have the $$ to support personal advtg.

I think opening and Etsy store since that is what they are for is for home made craft items would really increase your business. It isn't hard to do and well worth the learning curve. If any of you are crafters and want a place to buy your supplies my sister runs a huge website of craft supplies. Photo Jewelry Supplies Italian Photo Charm Photo Bracelets (http://www.photojewelrymaking.com/)

Very true...we crafters love what we do but there is limited exposure. A craft for sale site would be great!!
