Please let me know your impressions. Trying to get away from overpriced innerspring.

So the mattress showed up today as scheduled in a 76 lb box. It was like a big sausage roll when we unboxed it. Removed all the plastic wrap and it immediately began to take on a life of its own. They say it may take a day or two for the mattress to completely reach its full potential, but we have it on the bed to sleep on tonight. Initial test was very impressive, we'll see after a few nights sleep.

Have had a similar one to the Leesa that I got from Sam's Club for $400 about two years ago after wasting another 3K on the BeautyRest Sleeper. It's great and I have no complaints. Holding up well. Will never go back to the springs!

First nights sleep on our Leesa mattress exceeded my expectations. There is a good amount of support, but the top layer is cushioned enough to cradle your body. Did not experience one "hot" spot as we call them - you know when you have to turn over cause your hip starts to hurt from lying on it too long. Also had no issue with the bed sleeping hot eventhough it is foam.. So far so good - we are replacing a sleep number bed we've had for 6 years. My husband woke up and said his back hasn't felt this good in years!

Did you have any off gassing of the mattress when you opened it? We've been sleeping on foam - do it yourself talay latex, memory foam layers for 15 yrs and we are down to just the memory foam, other layers became dog beds :) and are in the market for another.

Absolutely no off gassing that I noticed and I was expecting some. The weather was nice enough I did have the bedroom door opened so don't know if that helped or not.

I can't lift a 76 pound box. Does anyone know of someone who will come and set it up and remove my existing mattress? Also, do I need to buy a bed board? My back is killing me! Expensive mattress is only 4 years old

I bought a Serta from Sam's Club. King size was about $600 and we're very happy with it. It came in a plastic container with wheels. Very easy to wheel into the house, lay in the foundation and open up.
Initially it was very hot but it was fine after about a month.
I had a $2,000 Beautyrest up north and it did nothing for me. I slept on cheap foam when I lived in The Philippines and it was better than the Beautyrest. I would never spend a lot on a mattress again. If the foam develops a sag, I'll just buy a new one. The manufacturers of the high end mattresses say that they should be changed every eight years anyway. I can buy three of these in eight years and be ahead of the game. Plus it's more confortable.
Thanks for the Leesa review. I have been looking at them on line. I think this may be the right mattress for me.

As promised, we received our Leesa mattress today. It's amazing how a big king size mattress gets shipped in this 18" x 18" x 45" box. Setup was not bad at all, just put it on the bed and unwrapped it, and within a few minutes it was the normal size. There was no smell or off gassing at all. Looks great.
Of course, I have not slept on it yet, but laying on it feels nice, firm but not hard, soft but not smoochy. Your first reaction is "wow, feels nice, firmer than you would think".
If interested, here is a link to the website;

They are currently offering their normal $75 off and also a holiday bonus of a $25.00 Target giftcard.
Anyway, just thought I'd post that we got it. Will post on our liking it or not after a few nights. Merry Christmas to all!

Check out the Sleep Science Ara Mattress on Costco.com website. We LOVE ours. Best thing about Costco is that they provide white glove set up service and if you do not like it, they provide white glove removal and refund your money. No one has a return policy like Costco. Sam's not even close. We have the Split King size with motorized bases but they sell the ARA in all sizes and you don't have to buy a motorized base. We have been sleeping on ours for over a year and still as good as the first day. Love it.

You might take a look at "Loom & Leaf" mattress. They will deliver and set up.
Also, my son recently purchased a mattress from Nest Bedding Company (it was between the Nest Alexander and Loom & Leaf for him, both highly rated online), but he did NOT want the setup and so opted for the Nest. He's been very happy with the choice.

Have been sleeping on our Leesa for almost 2 months and still very happy. Firm enough to support your body, but the foam allows you to feel comfortable. Have still not had an issue with pressure points and it does not sleep HOT. I am in short sleeves and capris while the rest of the world is wearing jeans and sweaters and have not had a problem with the foam and temperature. You have nothing to lose with their excellent return policy.

Two questions. Where is the best place to buy the Leesa mattress and do you place the mattress on top of your old boxspring? Thank you.

I believe you can only buy it online. We did use our old boxspring, which was actually almost new. Go to their website and all these questions are answered.

They are selling them on Amazon
Amazon.com - Leesa Mattress - King - (http://smile.amazon.com/Leesa-Mattress-King/dp/B00RDITBSY/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1453511530&sr=1-1&keywords=leesa+mattress)

If you buy it on Amazon be aware that the return policy is 30 days not 100 as it is from the Lessa site. Bascially the same price anyway.
