One of my best friends when I was younger was an usher at our wedding had Myasthenia Gravis. I always thought it was interesting that he was Greek and J Paul Getty was also Greek had Myasthenia Gravis for a long time.
The first indication for Steve was that one time when we were going home from a Softball game he complained that his eye lids were drooping a little and at times he had double vision. It took about 2 months for him to get the diagnosis as the local Dr's took a long time so we went to Mt Sinai Hospital in NYC and they identified it quickly and started treatment. They have come a long way in treatment today from the late 1950's. I wish whoever may have it the very best and we should say a little prayer for them.

There is a seeing impaired group that meets at Bridgeport rec center once a month, they might discuss this topic?
