We signed a contract with All Seasons Pools on July 27, 2015. When we signed we were promised that we would be swimming by mid-November. It is now the end of December and we do not even have the bird cage up. I understand construction but this is crazy. We have not had too much rain and the inspectors are always quick to show up. We get promise after promise and no one shows up. They don't even call to explain. We did our homework and they do build a nice pool but their business is really lacking in the customer service department. The mess in our yard for the past 5 months is a reminder to me every day that we made a huge mistake signing a contract with All Seasons Pools !!:swear:

You should have dug deeper into their business practice. I had previously wrote about All Seasons Pools when another OP inquired about pool companies. Our neighbors had a pool put in 2 years ago. They disrupted our yard in doing so, which we agreed to. However, we thought that it would take much less time to install. It took them literally 6 months to complete. The home owners said they had been promised a shorter install time. They would go a week or more without even showing up to work on the pool. Some days they would show up for a few hours and then leave. Our neighbors, as well as ourselves, were very frustrated. I
Wouldn't hire anyone other than T&D to do a pool install. You may have to wait a bit for the pool to be installed but it will be complete in a timely manner. Sorry you got stuck with this problem.

Sorry for your problem. Hope you treat them equally when they seek final payment. Good luck.

All Seasons put in two pools for us and they were very timely with both jobs.
We were very happy with them.
