Trash pickup

Being new here, trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday in my neighborhood. So there is no trash pickup on Christmas Day, does that mean the next trash pickup will be on my Tuesday of next week?

Hi. There is no trash pickup on Christmas Day, so your next collection day will be the following Tuesday. Here's the link for more info:

Holiday Sanitation Collection

Residents who reside in the Sumter County, Marion County and Fruitland Park portions of The Villages will not have sanitation collection on Friday, December 25, 2015 or Friday, January 1, 2016. Household trash and recycling (for those residents with Friday trash and/or recycling collection) will be collected on Saturday, December 26th and Saturday, January 2nd. Please have your bags out no later than 6:00am. All others will follow your normal collection schedule.
