what most of "we the people" think, talk about and believe.
During the last month, how much has been discussed about the war in Iraq?
The need for energy independence?
The masses have been trained to shift objectives like politicians do. The sad part is it indicates there is a belief that what the media and politicians present is in fact the priority. When it is not. It is just the latest they are blabbing because they think it is what you want to hear.
The so called economic mess, like all economic messes before will be corrected in one form or another, no matter who is in office.....just like all the previous economic messes. Any historic analysis will bear this out.

What will not correct itself regardless who is in office is the objective to become energy independent. And sad to say any historic analysis will not only confirm this, it will show the foreign dependence has grown and continues to grow.

The Villages will not be so pleasant a place to live when there are fuel shortages....ONGOING.....which will in turn lead to shortages of every other commodity needed to live. When the nations roadways slow to a standstill.....gas rationing....no more only one person in a vehicle....assigned days your plate number will be allowed on the road....speed limits 55 or less....it is only a matter of time before some or all of the above will occur during our lifetime. When it does, a meeting of the G7 or the G20 or any other meeting will not make it go away. Remember what all the energy nay sayers use as their excuse to do nothing....it takes years to see the affect of anything!!!!! Even though this is not true.....it will take longer to fix than
any of us are going to like.

Now just why has this all so important subject getting little or no play by the media? by the candidates? by we the people? Oh, I forgot.....gasoline went down 50 cents a gallon....all is right with the world the hookem and gottem again euphoria!!!

The Iraq war. No mystery. Things are not going as badly as as the opponents espouse. My prediction here is that after the election, no matter who wins, things will deteriorate to a point in Iraq and Afghanistan to a point there will be no troop withdrawal. The sitting President will find (that which he does not now know) he will have to do what has to be done....popular or not. We'll see.

The DOW is up 400+....gas is down to almost $2.99....ah it is another beautiful day in TV......for now!!
