Has anyone been able to confirm Jim Webb's intention to run as an Independent in the presidential election, against Hillary? I read something about it in the Independent Journal, but haven't confirmed it yet and was wondering if anyone else knows anything about it. It would definitely give Hilary a headache, for sure. That's how Bush beat Gore, I believe. Because Nader ran and pulled some of the liberal vote away from Gore.

I believe he would steal some votes from Hillary, IF she should get the nomination. I say IF, as in IF she is not in jail by then.

Always a smart a$$ response when there is a post that does not lean your way.
What we know for sure is there are many democrats who have had it with the past 7 years and will not sign up for a continuation of the wrong direction for America.
They would/could vote republican and some will. However if there is a third party ex-democrat, that is where the rest that are fed up will go.
You cannot fool people that many times before the give up....yes, even a democrat can be fed up with their party when it is destroying the country they love.
Some do have a priority that is higher and more honorable than just party!!

You Republicans continue to be so scared that Hillary has the nomination (and General Election) won that you are now stooping to see if you can put out the thought that Jim Webb can siphon off votes to let Republicans win?
You better just realize that there is a much greater possibility of that happening with Trump.

I have no fear of Hilary at all. She's going to be indicted and that will take care of that. And no one but a kid will vote for Sanders. He's a no go. The Dems have no one else available to represent their party in this campaign. If Webb runs, he will get a pretty sizable batch of votes. He is a moderate Democrat, a war hero and that appeals to a lot of folks, even some Democrats. Not all Dems are total pacifists, lazy and needy. Mostly just that young ones, that don't have any work ethic and believe that everyone owes them, and the welfare group that will always be dependent on the government. Even if Webb took ten percent or even less of the Dem vote away from Hillary, the Republicans will walk away with the election. And that is IF she is even available for the general election.

Trump is a Republican. He is not a politician, so there is no reason for him to lie. He said he wouldn't run as an independent. He's not a liberal so there is little chance of him lying to us. He will lose the vote to Rubio and then he will bow out gracefully.

That is what you said, not one of the other posters.
You always have the nack for tuning what someone said to come out differently to make a point...your point....usually hasd/had nothing to do with what the original poster intended....as if that would matter to you.
There is no fear of Clinton what so ever. Just the thought of an unqualified, law breaking, unethical, liar even getting the nomination is mind numbing.
As I have said before to some of you it does not matter who is running as long as there is a D behind their name....no matter what!
Even Charlie Manson would get the support of these people as long as he had the almighty D by his name....no matter what!

If there was no fear of Clinton then there wouldn't be so many posts of reassurance that she was going to jail. And if there was no fear and nothing to worry about then the negativity would be minimal. Who would care? No, believe me, there is a huge fear factor.

I guess the fear factor that you speak of is that the corrupt government might allow her to walk away scott free. If there is a lot of fear of her possibly getting the nomination or even winning the general, it's because of the prospect of having another eight years just like what we just struggled through. Personally, I don't believe that she should be considered medically qualified, since she had such a bad head injury that she couldn't testify in the Senate hearing. Those head injuries have lasting effects, as proven by some of the crazy BS she flings about, including all the lies. Of course, the head injury may not be the cause of all her lying. Maybe she is just a serial liar/sociopathic liar which is worst than a pathological liar. Regardless of type of liar, suffice it to say that there is absolutely no doubt that she IS a liar. Makes one wonder, given the evidence of her past serial lying and deceitfulness, why she can count on your vote.

Maybe no one messes with her because they do not want the shrieking, cackling, feminist, chronic, liar lawyer to aim in their direction!!!
